STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Eeroyn, son of Fengel, is a young king, thrown into the arms of leadership. As such, his inexperience within the realms of politics leave him woefully inept, and heavily reliant upon his council of advisors. Conversely, Eeroyn was a decorated warrior among the ranks of the Rohirrim having achieved the rank of Captain before his father, the late Fengel King passed on.
GEAR:
- Sword
- Leather-bound Plate Armour
- Dagger
MOUNT:
Eeroyn’s Horse, named Kataya. A proper, eoh (Warhorse), which Eeroyn had hand raised from birth, who had fought with him in many battles.
PERSONALITY:
Eeroyn is a strong-minded person, and holds a strong mentality towards the art of war. As a soldier, his first instinct is to strike, before discussing things. However, as a King, he can ill afford such rash actions, and he quickly becomes impatient with his council of advisors.
BIOGRAPHY:
Eeroyn, son of Fengel, was not born of traditional manners. In the common tongue, you would probably know him as a bastard - a child born out of wedlock. The details themselves are irrelevant as his story comes into it’s own once he became a Rider among the Rohirrim.
Throughout his years as a Rider, and then promoted to a Patrol Leader. Following several valiant battles in a vicious campaign against the Dunlendings, Eeroyn was promoted to Captain. As the war raged on, in one particular battle, alongside his father, Fengel King, went particularly awry. The Rohirrim were victorious, but Théoden and his noble-born children all fell in the battle, leaving Eeroyn as the only blood relative to the throne still left living.
Despite his protests, and claims that he would best serve the land as a warrior, he was eventually convinced to rule in his father’s stead.
